Took longer than what I was told. Brought my 2017 Colorado in for a vibration, was told by John Webler about 2 hour wait, it took over 3 hours with no follow up or info during the serv Brought my 2017 Colorado in for a vibration, was told by John Webler about 2 hour wait, it took over 3 hours with no follow up or info during the service time frame, other service advisors came out and talked to the customers that were also waiting, and when their cars were done told them they had been washed, when mine was done I had to ask for a car wash, John seemed very cold, like I was bothering them.
