Braman BMW West Palm Beach is everything you'd want in a dealership. It is clean, and the staff are friendly from the receptionists at the showroom entrance to the Service Advisors who greet you as you arri dealership. But, the real car experience starts and ends with Willie Orth. He is the consummate gentleman who takes the time to answer every question and always offers tips on how to get the best performance out of your BMW. With my most recent car purchase, I had considered buying a hybrid because of the 450 miles I drive every week. However, Willie explained to me that a hybrid would not be the best option for me because of how often I'd have to recharge the car. Over the years, the BMW dealership has sent me emails and correspondence when it is time to trade in my car. I always respond to them that Willie Orth is the only person whom I trust to buy a new car. In fact, Willie Orth is my trusted advisor, after buying six BMW cars with him over the last 15 years. He is not a salesman, he is a friend -- he knows the BMW brand, he explains everything in a non-threatening manner, and he takes the time to make sure you understand the car that you are buying. Plus, as a woman, I can tell you that I appreciate that he talks to me with respect and treats me like the equal that I am.
