stressfull The overall experience with this dealer is good but in some areas is stressful, mostly for the amount of sales pitches they throw at you to trade in y The overall experience with this dealer is good but in some areas is stressful, mostly for the amount of sales pitches they throw at you to trade in your vehicle and buy another one, from the time you make your appointment online to when you pick up your vehicle and if they were not able to get you at the dealer they do over the phone. I think is too much and it make the experience sour full. The other problem is that they do not have a body shop and if you need that type of repair they end up sending you to an independent shop or you need to drive out of your way to another dealer. I have no complain at the quality of the vehicle or the work performed also the service and other personnel is very attentive and helpful, specialty the service advisors, from the moment you walk in they treat you with respect and professionalism. If they curb down the amount of sales pressure if would be a great auto dealer. More
