I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Mohammad at Otto's. I called about a 328d wagon I'd seen advertised online, and Mohammad was "my guy" from the phonecall all the way to the end. I live a 2-hr drive away in NYC and wanted to make sure the car was still there before I came out, and he not only assured me that it was but he stayed in contact in the time before I took the ride out to see the car in PA. He was very upfront that as Otto's hadn't yet fully detailed and processed the newly-arrived car, I couldn't take it home in just one trip, which was really honest and something he didn't have to disclose. Mohammad was informative but never pushy or aggressive, which is important. He answered all my questions both on the phone and in-person with complete candor and accuracy. The visit and test-drive were perfect, he let me make my own judgments and decision, with no pressure. We worked-up the financials and they presented me with what I thought was a very very fair deal, with all costs upfront and dealer fees lower than what I'd seen other places. He introduced me to his manager Wilmer, who seemed very nice and considerate as well, and didn't apply the clamps as I expected. He clearly trusts Mohammad and respects his customers as well.. I ultimately decided a day later that a light tan leather interior wouldn't be right for my very active and destructive 19 month old, and Mohammad was predictably cool and kind about my decision to pass on the car, which disappointed both of us I'm sure. I'd recommend Otto's fully and hope that I can buy from them down the road. I know I sound like I'm Mohammad's best friend or brother or something, but I was a complete stranger until 5 days ago, but he won my trust and respect. Highly-recommended. More
