I was trading in my Nissan and I live at least 40 mins away from this dealership; I was not able to pick up my car the first time around because of minor issues. Wilson was very accommodating and suggested several times that he could drive the car to me and make the trade-in from there. Overall, I had a good first experience. More

Had a gentleman Named Wilson Dowridge taking care of all my needs, he made sure I was happy with my purchase and that I got it ASAP, he stayed up late just to drive me to my Toyota dealership in Framingham where I had to drop off a lease car late in the night. To be honesty I haven't been treated this special at any dealership. Though I had a small complication, Roman the sales manager took care of it as soon as I brought it to his attention.
