Failure to follow up on part needed 4 weeks ago we bought a car and the underhood insulation was damaged by wildlife. The salesman promised to replace it in 1 week as soon as the parts 4 weeks ago we bought a car and the underhood insulation was damaged by wildlife. The salesman promised to replace it in 1 week as soon as the parts came in. I was given a "WEOWE". Meaning they owed the part to be replaced at no cost. I called several times and talked with Wilson and others who said they would check and get back to me. I've never gotten a call back or anything. Waiting. More

Less than Zero. 1 - They have a "Make an Offer" link on the dealership website, yet after putting in an offer, I am told from their online rep that they don't sell ca 1 - They have a "Make an Offer" link on the dealership website, yet after putting in an offer, I am told from their online rep that they don't sell cars online. 2 - A used car advertised for 55,900 on the dealership website was then increased to $61,000 with "fees." That's a 9% increase. My salesperson offered for me to talk to their advertising department to understand the disparity in pricing, as if the advertising department had any say in pricing policy. I asked to talk to the sales manager. Still waiting for their call. More
