Not what one would expect coming from a service center in Cool Springs. Facility was nice. I was greeted when I arrived. I had them perform fluid change since we just purchased the vehicle. Included was Cool Springs. Facility was nice. I was greeted when I arrived. I had them perform fluid change since we just purchased the vehicle. Included was an inspection. Everything check out besides a belt that I approved to replace. When paying I noticed that total was less than expected. That was the first time anyone told me that they had to order the belt and couldn’t do it that day. Later that day I looked at cabin air filter, which was checked and marked with green check mark. It was very dirty and obviously not actually checked. Makes me wonder what else was not checked? Did my fluids actually get replaced? I will not be going back. More
