The service I’ve received for my 2018 Nissan NV3500 SL {my dog mobile} can best be described as fantastic. Between the customer and the service department, you have service advisors. To the customer, the service advisor represents the dealership and, more specifically, the service department. So, service advisors are in a very important and pivotal role. As with any team, you’re only as good as the players (and the chemistry of the players) on the field. This analogy brings me to my final point. You have a service advisor named Winfred James. This young man is the consummate professional. He does his job with honesty, integrity, grace and compassion. Not only have I’ve dealt with him regarding my vehicle, I’ve watched him diffuse some pretty tenuous situations.
