Wing was very accommodating and made the shopping and buying experience enjoyable. Extremely helpful in a long distance purchase I bought a 2019 Forester Limited. I researched to decide which car I wanted. The local was more concerned about selling what they had than what I was I bought a 2019 Forester Limited. I researched to decide which car I wanted. The local was more concerned about selling what they had than what I was looking for. I looked online and 5 Star Subaru had the best selection and excellent prices on their cars. I contacted them and Wing Yip called me back within 10 minutes. I live several hours away from DFW area. He answered my questions, shot and sent me video of several of the Foresters I was interested in. Once I made my decision, they quoted me a great price and I accepted the offer. Once I did, we had to scan and email paperwork back and forth as well as to my local bank. Wing reassured me several times that everything was okay helped me through the process. Once everything was done, I traveled to Grapevine and met with Wing. He showed me the car, we test drove it to make sure I was happy with it, and then finished up the paperwork. Then Wing went through all the technology, buttons, and gizmos to make sure I understand how they work. He also went through the owner’s manual and made sure all my questions were answered. I am very happy with my buying experience at 5 Star Subaru. I will recommend them to everyone I know. 5 Stars is not enough. More
