We definitely felt the "LOVE"! We just bought our new Ascent from Wing Yip and we couldn't be happier (both with the vehicle and with the service)! I frequently comment to my wife about how real customer service seems to be a thing of the past but, everyone we dealt with at 5 Star Subaru are trying hard to fight that trend. Not only was Wing professional but, he was incredibly well informed about the products that he sells. I recently purchased a new truck from a different (well known) brand and the "salesmen" at that dealership knew almost nothing about the vehicles they were selling. Thank you Wing Yip and Jeff Davis for working out all of the details and getting us into our new Ascent! Highly recommend!!! More

I was an out of town buyer, so ou I had a great experience buying my Ascent at 5 Star Subaru in Grapevine, and I especially enjoyed working with Wing. I was an out of town buyer, so our initial contact was over the internet. Wing was extremely accommodating and patient with me, and always promptly returned my texts throughout the process. He knew what I was looking for, and contacted me immediately when he found out it was coming in. We were able to reach what I believe was a very fair deal quickly. I would be remiss if I didn’t also thank Jeff Davis for his assistance. At the dealership, Wing did a great job of going over all of the features of my new vehicle. That process actually took longer than all of the paperwork. Overall, probably the best car buying experience I’ve had. I can definitely recommend Wing and 5 Star Subaru. More
