My experience at Germain Honda was fantastic...from start to finish. I was greeted with a smile warm reception I had made an apointment with Richie and he was ready and available when I arrived there. This m to finish. I was greeted with a smile warm reception I had made an apointment with Richie and he was ready and available when I arrived there. This made me feel at ease. He then handed me to Winslow. I was asked my desires and expectations of the car I was looking for and Winslow matched it exactly. His knowledge of the vehicle's performance and capabilities was phenomenal. He put me in the drivers seat and I fell in love with the car(Honda Accord 2012) Marcello was great with getting me approved and his professionalism stood out. My car was prepped and ready in no time. The customer service at Germain Honda is to be commended. I would highly recommend Germain Honda to all my friends and Family. More

While asking a few pointed questions regarding the financing to Jon Rich he did not put my concerns at ease. He just wasnted to refer me back to the Winslow. There was one point specifically in the si financing to Jon Rich he did not put my concerns at ease. He just wasnted to refer me back to the Winslow. There was one point specifically in the sit down that he reviewed all my options and pulled up a screen showing only 3 options, when in reality there were 4 to 5 options, but the option I was interested in was not listed. This may have been a sales tactic, but I was put off by the entire pitch. Otherwise, I was very very happy working with Winslow again and the rest of the Germain team! More
