They worked with me constantly, keeping me updated through phone and email about the shipments, and they helped work a lot of numbers to get my car into my budget window. J. Dowling was very knowledgeable about the Prius I wanted. He broke down the features to an elementary level, and I fell in love with the car even more than I did just watching it pass by on the highway.
