My sales person was helpful and created a nice experience overall. The dealership however was not the same experience. With this being my first time buying a car we had questions about paperwork and fees inc overall. The dealership however was not the same experience. With this being my first time buying a car we had questions about paperwork and fees included in the overall price. When we asked questions the finance person was short and rude to answer. I bought this car and the second day of having this car there was a rattle in the drive side door. I called and was told I could come in the same day and they would look at it. I brought it in and was told to bring it in Saturday for someone to look at it. I had to change my schedule to come in and get the door looked at just to come in and be told I had to come back again the following week. Overall this has been a frustrating experience with this dealership. More

I believe I was treated fairly and the salesman worked with me well. He sat down and reviewed what I was looking for and searched out vehicles for me.
