My husband and I are retired military. We have bought cars all over the US for the past 40 years. We were planning on just looking at the Subaru Outback, but probably buying another used Mercedes. After visiting both dealerships, there was no question we were going to buy a Subaru. Our salesperson Xai was such a breath of fresh air. She was very knowledgeable and personable with no pressure to buy. Ethan who did our financing was also great and very funny. We worked with Chauncey regarding our trade-in. He was very nice and put up with all our questions and haggling etc. We actually enjoyed buying our car from Landers McLarty Subaru. That has never happened to us before. We always hated having to deal with with the pressure of buying a car. Xai, Ethan and Chauncey were all wonderful. If it was up to us they would all deserve a well earned raise.😁 More
