I am a returning Ed Martin customer, but only after 12 years and only because my beloved Toyota 4Runner was totalled in a crash with 273,000 miles. We are living in a time when there are more people looking for cars than there are dealers and salespeople looking to make the next sale. But, you would have never known that based on the attention and care I received from Mohamed and Ed Martin. Further, the purchasing process could not have been easier. With an online credit application and efficient, technology enhanced finance process, I was in and out of the dealership in record time. Side note: Mohamed is just a great guy with a fun sense of humor and genuine interest in making sure to answer every question I had with lots of patience. He even sent me a detailed video of my car since I could not go see it in person before making the deposit. More
