Absolutely horrific! went to buy a car, was left to just look on a computer instead of being in touch with the salesman. We were passed around from several sales people t went to buy a car, was left to just look on a computer instead of being in touch with the salesman. We were passed around from several sales people that had no clue what was going on. They tried to sell us a car with a blown motor, and then never expected to get us into another car. Worst experience I’ve ever had when buying a car. Would not recommend to anyone . when I brought it to the Star 512 managers attention he proceeded to tell me that I was the problem and I had the issue with the salesman. But yet no one knew what was going on with the financial part of my purchase. It was completely unprofessional, and definitely not what a manager should have been doing. More
