EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE My husband and I was looking at a specific gray SUV , we needed to know the price. We asked three Toyota guys to help us out and all of them said, "le My husband and I was looking at a specific gray SUV , we needed to know the price. We asked three Toyota guys to help us out and all of them said, "let me take care of the customers i have and i will be back", well none of them came back. When we were just about to leave we saw Yuri and asked the same question we had asked the previous sales people. Yuri gave us the same answer but the difference from him and others is that he actually came back just like he promised. He took his time to help us out, and later offered us a great deal with a 2017 new car. We appreciate your service Yuri, it was fun doing business with you. Thumbs up. More

Great Experience I had just purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry and I fell in love with it. Yuri, the sales person answered all of my questions in a courteous and professio I had just purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry and I fell in love with it. Yuri, the sales person answered all of my questions in a courteous and professional manner. He was very knowledgeable and made sure all of my needs in a car were met. Great experience I visited Luther Brookdale Toyota three times during my car shopping process and everyone was very helpful and respectful. I decided to go with a used I visited Luther Brookdale Toyota three times during my car shopping process and everyone was very helpful and respectful. I decided to go with a used Prius instead of a new one, and Yuri Gumeniuc was so easy to work with and really helpful in finding me the right car. Josh Nelson in finance was also really easy to talk to, and not at all pushy--definitely a welcome change of pace from other dealerships I've visited. More

AMAZING! I had a really pleasant experience. This was my first time buying a new car and the guy that helped me explained everything for me thoroughly. He was I had a really pleasant experience.
