He surely took the time to explain all the process into buying a new car he was very comprehensive and didnt hesitate in showing us other options. Great experience This was my second car from this dealership and first from yahveh berrios. Yahveh was extremely helpful and took the time to help me find a car and there was no pressure whatsoever. He was very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire process. Do not go here! Bought car 3 weeks ago and haven't driven it more than 30 miles yet. We've been back and 4 times for a simple problem, wheel shaking over 60 mph. Absolutely NO follow up, no one knows what's going on and we're always waiting for Chad.... Chad is the only one who can help, and he's on vacation....??? Last phone call , we were told our car hasn't even been looked at in this last week it's been there. Horrible awful and void of any common courtesy.....SHAME on YOU Nissan of Middletown!!!! More
