Nightmare… bought a Ford Escape and opted to buy the 8,000 mile warranty. The car immediately needed new front breaks. After driving it about 9,000 miles the car started to leak coolant. I brought it in 8,000 mile warranty. The car immediately needed new front breaks. After driving it about 9,000 miles the car started to leak coolant. I brought it into a trust worthy shop and it will cost $7,500 to make it drivable. That’s infuriating. At some point, before i bought it, the engine got hot enough to destroy a lot of important components. This is not my first time buying a car and i know they sold me a piece of junk. The salesman treats you like you don’t matter. I think that’s because they are a big dealership so they don’t really care if you walk out. There will be no negotiations on price. After i made the purchase the salesman said he would deliver it to my house in the next day or 2. It took 4, and when i would inquire with the salesman he would get defensive and rude. Starting sentences with, “like i told you…”. He said the extra time at the dealership was to “top off fluids” and fix a interior light that was broken. After i received the car i tried to contact my salesman and never ever got a response. I would advise everyone to go elsewhere. This dealership is letting people drive off the lot in a car that’s going to have serious and expensive problems. Now I’m driving a rental and my car is sitting in the parking lot of my mechanic. Really crappy that a dealership like this would let this happen. Please, find another dealership to buy from. These people just don’t really care about their customers. This review won’t matter to them because they will always have unsuspecting people coming to shop. I made a mistake by going here. Unfortunately i have no recourse and am in serious financial crisis trying to figure out how to fix this car or buy a new one elsewhere. I can’t remember the last time i wrote a negative review. This experience made me disappointed and, honestly, pretty darn angry. Lots of car dealerships in the area. Go to any of them but this one. Hopefully you won’t get screwed. More

Five Star for of Dallas provides a great buying experience for people who get tired of traditional dealership BS. While they are selling you a car you don’t feel like they are totally just trying t experience for people who get tired of traditional dealership BS. While they are selling you a car you don’t feel like they are totally just trying to slam you into a vehicle. I have personally purchased cars from many dealerships in the Dallas area and this particular Sam Pack dealership is the best Ford buying experience. Yama was great to work with. He made things very simple to get things done in a fairly quick manner. We have purchased 4 vehicles from Yama and will continue to use him for future needs when it come to a Ford. If you tire of the old dealership mentality of just slamming you into a car, I would recommend Five Star Ford of Dallas, TB, Yama and the rest of the team. More
