I asked Yama to make this process easy and painless so as to not take a ton of my time - and he exceeded my expectations! He let me take the vehicle to show my wife and daughter, I returned to tell him that to not take a ton of my time - and he exceeded my expectations! He let me take the vehicle to show my wife and daughter, I returned to tell him that we wanted to buy it with a few things for him to check on - I had to go to work meetings. He called me just a couple of hours later to tell me everything was ready. 30 minutes later, I am driving home. This is a far cry from past experiences at car dealerships. Yama listens, follows up and follows through. Great experience! More
