I saw on line a 2020 used vehicle at Infiniti of Coconut Creek. I reached out and made contact with Mr. Yamil Abed. We were able to easily negotiate an out the door price over text. Be aware that this dealer's policy is to put in their deals very expensive stuff you might not need or want. For example, and I'm sure this wasn't the salesma's fault it is apparently a dealer policy to slap on these totally unnecessary add ons (which I guess poorly informed buyers might just shut up pay for), the deal included; $399 for something called "perma paint" look it up; it's nothing more than a wash with polish with perhaps a spray bottle of Scotchgard thrown inside the seating surfaces. Another $299 for "nitro fill" (they fill your tires with nitro instead of air/same sh**). Of course I didn't accept these and I negotiated these additional costs to be removed. Yamil was waiting for me and had the car up front. He allowed me to take it for a test drive. Upon returning I told him that the alignment was off a bit pulling to the right. He said no problem that they'll fix it at service. I also forgot my checkbook and since I got a ride there and was dropped off, Yamil took me to the nearest bank and I did a cashier's check for the purchase. Upon returning I met with the finance manager; Gabriel Lenchus. What a great guy too. He saved me money on finding me an old tag instead of me spending money on a new one. Then, he as all finance managers do offered me protection packages for tires and such which I always decline. We must've spent over 30 minutes talking about things and stories like two old friends. He really made me feel welcome like Yamil and made the whole experience better. I must say that I've leased luxury vehicle's before from Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables, Eastman Acura and Infiniti of Coral Gables and the level of service at this dealer is second to none. If you really want excellent service and treatment come go there. Just watch out for those two fees though, you'll feel dumb if your friends and family find out you paid $300 for nitro in your tires, LOL! More

I brought the car back to Infiniti and Yamil Abed immediately took control of the problem and set up appointments to resolve the issues. Not only did the window issue get resolved, but they put a new convertible top on at no cost to me. The staff at Infiniti is professional, courteous, and know how to treat their customers. I would highly recommend Yamil Abed if I were going to buy a car at Infiniti Coconut Creek. More
