Arrived at 6:50 for a 7am oil change and tire rotation appointment (which includes tire pressure check), both gates locked. Staff noticed 4 cars waiting but didn’t open gates until 7:02. At 8:40 I went to appointment (which includes tire pressure check), both gates locked. Staff noticed 4 cars waiting but didn’t open gates until 7:02. At 8:40 I went to the serivce adviser to ask how it was coming along and he told me that “not everyone was working when I dropped the truck off”. Got the truck back at 9, oily hand prints and stains on driver door trim and leather. Not the end of the world, but but ideal. Next morning I start the truck to a tire pressure sensor warning for low pressure. This was the first time I checked the air pressure since service. 52 psi driver front and passenger rear, 63 psi driver rear and passenger front. Supposed to be 60psi front and 70psi back. Clearly never checked. Not big items by any means on their own, but they add up to enough frustration when you’re paying $225 for an oil change (13 liters oil, diesel). Especially in south Florida when there are a lot of other dealers and oil change shops. More

The worst experience I’ve every had. I made an appointment on Dec 21st for the 28th to fix a scratch in my windshield that was created by the dealership not putting my windshield wipers I made an appointment on Dec 21st for the 28th to fix a scratch in my windshield that was created by the dealership not putting my windshield wipers on correctly. Dropped my truck off at 7:45 am and went back to pick it up at 5 pm and nothing was done to my truck. I left with my truck. The agent wanted to set up another appointment for me to get it fixed and I said why? I said call me when there is someone there to fix it and I’ll bring my truck over. I haven’t head anything since?? More
