I have known Yaro for 19 years on our street when he came to the US in 2004. We have bought two cars with his help. He is one of the smartest people I have known. We have been delighted with my Prius which w to the US in 2004. We have bought two cars with his help. He is one of the smartest people I have known. We have been delighted with my Prius which we bought 10 years ago & most recently with my daughters Rav 4, which is a terrific car. I watched Slavko thrive at his current company. I have been impressed with your atmosphere, friendliness, & the competence of your staff. But I think Yaro deserves the special recognition that he has gotten recently as well. More

I drove from Cape Cod and Yaro persuaded me to come on Friday to take advantage of last day of the month savings!!! I am very happy with my purchase and customer service from Yaro! They were incredibly professional, and took care of us very well. To begin with, Yaro was the only person we reached who wasn’t just giving us what felt like a standard response (usually of 6-8 months very well. To begin with, Yaro was the only person we reached who wasn’t just giving us what felt like a standard response (usually of 6-8 months wait for a Sienna). Throughput the process, Yaro kept in touch, giving us updates and making sure we were comfortable and aware if hood the build and delivery process on our Sienna was going. We were lucky that when we contacted Parkway Toyota there was a Sienna in our preferred build/trim that was already being built at the end of February, and not currently sold/allocated. We confirmed details with Yaro and put our deposit down right away. Even on the day we were supposed to come sign and pay, the dealership still went above and beyond. On that day, there was an unfortunate dealer-wide computer issue, and we were unable to complete the transaction at that time. Yaro worked with us, to still ensure we could finish things up the following business day. (And the dealership gave us a few extra discounts to make up for the hassle of driving down and waiting, but not being able to drive off with the new van that day.) We’ll definitely come back and work with Yaro and Parkway Toyota again! More
