I located a car on cargurus and I was absolutely excited upon my arrival Yaro Martsinkiv offered us coffee right away he was very pleasant, I took the car out for a test drive and completely fell in love. W upon my arrival Yaro Martsinkiv offered us coffee right away he was very pleasant, I took the car out for a test drive and completely fell in love. Within the car dealership business it is normal for them to try to convince you to finance through them and not through your personal bank, However seeing that I was already preapproved through my bank I insisted that would be the route i was taking. I noticed a tiny bit of the demeanor switch and a little bit of frustration arise, At this time I was sent to speak to someone else that definitely seemed extremely frustrated with my choice to go with my bank, he placed the papers down on the desk rather aggressively telling me that there was no way my bank was gonna approve this loan. I explain to the gentleman that I am pretty confident that I will get approved for this loan so if he can please do as I was informed and write-up a bill of sale so I can send it to the bank so they can write a check for the amount of the car. At this time the gentleman was still rather arrogant and very frustrated with me as he said I have that bank and I know the rules. To be completely honest if it wasn't because the car was such a great deal and because I completely fell in love with it I would have walked right out. As he finished writing my paperwork he made it a point to point out that my license was expiring. I explained to the gentleman that I'd never realized how difficult this process was and that worst case scenario I have the cash to buy the car outright, I was just trying to make my money work for me and tried to establish better credit through a bank. The guy put all the papers in a folder closed it up handed it to me and said good luck! The same night I called the bank I got the loan situated and I was all set to go for the next morning. I went to the bank I picked up the check and I let Yaro Martsinkiv know that I was all set and ready to pick up the car when it was available. Yaro Martsinkiv although sounding a little surprised that my loan was approved was very pleasant and asked me when I was ready to come and pick up the car as we talked about establishing car insurance and all the final details. As I walked in to pick up the vehicle I was greeted very pleasantly by him asked if I wanted anything to drink as he was getting the receipt for the check that I had placed on the table. After viewing the car and taking a couple of pictures we proceeded to go back inside and I did let him know what had occurred the day prior and he immediately without hesitation brought his manager over to talk to me. I explained that I do not normally like giving complaints however buying a car should be an exciting moment and it turned out to be a challenge of me having to prove that I was going to accomplish this milestone. The manager was very polite even offering to give me a free detail in on the vehicle. He stated that it was definitely not his experience with his employee and he apologized for his behavior. With all that being said I do still feel like they deserve a 5 star being that the vehicle was in very good condition the deal was fair and Yaro Martsinkiv was very helpful with everything. We all have bad days just very disappointing to have been met with such push back after being so excited. I still would recommend this dealership. More
