The best car buying experience I ever had. I called Anthony ahead of time and told him what truck I wanted and exactly the terms and prices I needed to make a deal happen. From the moment you park your car, it’s like arriving to a hotel spa for cars. Jay Fernandez has the best team for services. This helps to detect any little or big thing your car may have and you are not aware. Great technology super advanced! Hago el comentario sobre la reparacion del motor y posterior visita al area comercial. a) Se tomaron casi un mes en la reparacion del vehiculo. b) Siempre tuve yo la iniciativa de llamar a pregunat posterior visita al area comercial. a) Se tomaron casi un mes en la reparacion del vehiculo. b) Siempre tuve yo la iniciativa de llamar a pregunatar, el estado actual, nunca hubo una llamada del adviser a menos que yo lo hiciera. Su actitud fue muy reactiva y hasta veces despectiva. c) Fueron imprecisas las valoraciones del carro ( no habia un estimado final que determinara el valor del arreglo. ( se commenzo en 15.000 y se logro bajar a 2.380 pero luego resulto quemado el alternador y la cuenta subio a $3.675) d)El dia de La entrega del carro tomo tiempo se argumento que se estaba lavando... entonces pense ok, al fin algo positivo,pero recibi el carro igual que lo entregue,y en la parte de atras basura de los repuestos cambiados. e) Estuve en el departamento de ventas para evaluar de pronto cambiarlo por uno nuevo,,,pesima experiencia...la valoracion la hicieron por $ 15,000 cuando Carmax la habia hecho por 20.000! SE PERDIO LA POCA CONFIANZA QUE QUEDABA! ERA FIN DE MES Y LAS PROMOCIONES ANUNCIADAS ERAN YA MUY POCO CREIBLES, PUES CAMBIABAN SEGUN LAS CIRCUNSTANCIAS DE LA NEGOCIACION...Y recuperar como ciertos los argumentos prometidos, estaban muy lejos de ser verdaderos a la hora de hacer los verdaderos numeros. Para concluir,cuando use el limpiavidrios liquido,no funciono,pense que no habia liquido y que se habia terminado , fui a comprar un liquido nuevo; asi lo hice,volvi a probarlo y no funciono, sorpresa me lleve de que la manguera del agua estaba rota y le faltaba un pedazo,fui de nuevo al concesionario , y el adviser Felipe Perdomo, me dio a entender que era mi responsabilidad, y que yo la debia asumir el costo total , le mencione que en el arreglo del motor le habian quitado el capo, por lo cual yo debia asumir el dano,y que la responsabilidad no era del concesionario,( se expreso en malos terminos ) me senti totalmente defraudado con sus respuestas!! el senor fernando lobos, me atendio posteriormente y senti realmente un EXCELENTE SERVICIO!!! F) PUNTOS POSITIVOS A DESTACAR:la magnifica atencion del sr FERNANDO LOBOS y la proactividad de Yaser Fernandez en otorgarme un " mejor precio en un repuesto que formo parte del arreglo inicial del motor. Excelente por destacar el mecanico quien me explico con lujo de detalles el problema del motor y de las aternativas para su arreglo!! More
