I would definitely work with Fares again! Fares went out of his way to accommodate us on several occasions. The day we came for the test drive and decided to buy the car it got late, but he stayed significa of his way to accommodate us on several occasions. When we asked if there was shuttle service back home he volunteered to drop us himself since it got late. As promised he tried his best to get us the car as soon as possible and even went to the RMV on his day off to make sure we get it. It’s hard to top this dedication! Fares also took all our concerns and questions seriously and made sure to find all the answers. It always felt like his priority is to find the right solution for us. Can’t ask for more! More

Caitlin is very helpful and quick to reply my inquiries. She also followed up after my first visit showing lots of care. Fares is relatively new to the job but he is amazing. He is very organized. The first time I visited, he place a sign on the car to put a reservation for my test drive. The second time I was at the show room he printed out the sign with my wife's name on congratulating for our acquiring vehicle, which almost made my wife crying. After we drove the car home, we felt the engineering noise is little loud. We called Fares. He tried to understand the situation and made to plan stop by our house to take a look at it on his way to NH for his vacation. Great customer services! More
