I had a terrible experience with the dealership. My new escalade because I was sold a car with a bad engine. They kept my car for three days to tell me a ground wire was loose.Then some gentleman called my Phone portraying to be the New general manager never gave me his last name. He told me to come in and get my paperwork. I still don’t have my paperwork and it’s been three weeks. Keep in mind this is something that can be emailed to me. This seems like a cover-up.
