Right On Time I was not aware that I could make appointments for oil changes, but did know that no appointment was necessary. Maplewood people told me that would m I was not aware that I could make appointments for oil changes, but did know that no appointment was necessary. Maplewood people told me that would mean my wait would be a little longer than if I'd made an appointment, and estimated that the wait would be 1..5 hours. It was exactly that, within minutes. On the way, they stopped by to tell me what they were doing and how far they were in doing the job. When finished, they let me know of the condition of the car and pointed out highlights of their inspection process. Over the decades I've found them to be straight talkers who let me know what will be needed in the future as well as what's been done. I've never had a complaint. More
