Ever since John the previous service manager this place has gone downhill. My last visit was definitely a bad one. Horrible service. They had my car for five days amd didn’t do anything. Apparently the service person forgot to enter in the service ticket. When they finally finished I pick up my truck to find a service truck light up, a tire that was never plugged. After speaking with the rep they said the tires were rotated which was not true. This was proven because the same tire that needed to be patched that wasn’t was still in the same place. Again prior to this visit I was happy working with John the previous service manager. I was shocked amd truly disappointed he was no longer with them. More
