Friendly and professional staff. Price was too high. I was quoted a price on a piece of paper ended up being $300 more. I questioned the price and was not provided a satisfactory answer. The manager came was quoted a price on a piece of paper ended up being $300 more. I questioned the price and was not provided a satisfactory answer. The manager came over and spoke with the rep in Spanish and walked away. I asked to see the document that had the lower price but was not provided the original document. Usually estimates are written on a document that you sign prior to service repair. I paid $1200 for starter and oil change. $675 labor for about $2 hours of work. The rate per hour is$229. In Mich the rate is 159 Buick dealership. I am visiting Miami and needed my car repaired and had no choice but to pay it. I was also advised that I needed break pads and rotor for about $400 this price was also on the original paper that I never saw again. . The young lady hand wrote the price on the back of my receipt. It did not say labor was included but she verbally told me it was. I was considering coming back to have the additional service but changed my mine. Although everyone was friendly my trust is not there. I think I was over charged. Sorry but I will not be coming back. More
