Yolanda expl It's a pleasure bringing my car in for service and having a fantastic service rep who is professional, always pleasant and knowledgeable. Yolanda explains what needs to be done in priority order and how important it is to take care of those things. If there are any changes or something else is found that needs repair Yolanda communicates that information to me immediately. I have never had to take my car back for something that was supposed to be done and wasn't done. My car is serviced and delivered back to me by the time promised. More

We were helped immediately by Yolanda Stanley who greeted us with a smile and was very professional. We were off to breakfast and Yolanda told me she would call us when the car was ready. Within 45 minutes our service was completed. We went back to see Yolanda who informed us that she ordered the recall part and informed us of additional work needed.
