After I payed (unfortunately in cash) they didn’t add my “down payment” to the credit so they let all the money. I felt very ashamed at the moment but recently I met a guy who was also scammed by them (sold him a defective car) and I just thought that I never left a full review. In the past I left one and they responded with “you are not in our records” I am and I have all the paperwork. Things to keep in mind: 1. They advertise car prices after down payment, so you can be looking at a 10k car and the final price is 19k, then they take the “down payment” but it is only pocket money for them as you will have to pay for the full 19k with the credit company. They will literally steal that money from you right there. 2. The finance guy is a very talented individual who will make you sign anything without entering into further detail about the paperwork. They will also not let you take the paperwork home to review, they will make you sign it right there. 3. They will make you wait a lot. Play with your patience. Make you loose 4-5 hours so you are tired at the moment you sign and pay so you lose your focus when doing so. 4. If the car has any defects they will not fix them. They will pretend as if they do but won’t. 5. The paperwork states that you have 7 days to return your car but they will ignore you (calls, emails, texts and even in person) so you will not be able to return the car. 6. If you buy their “maintenance plan” they will make it very hard for you to get an appointment and will only change your oil (or so they say). I am sharing all of this now as I realized that this was not a mistake that they made with me, but mostly how they make business with people. Don’t trust reviews other than 1 or 2 stars stay safe from them!!! More

Buyer beware! !!!! Stay away from this place. I contacted Car Factory Outlet two days prior to going there to confirm that a car (an Escalade ESV) was available a !!!! Stay away from this place. I contacted Car Factory Outlet two days prior to going there to confirm that a car (an Escalade ESV) was available and to confirm the details on the ad were correct, (price, mileage, car fax etc). I also informed the lady assisting me that I am over 3 hours away and if she could “white glove” the truck for me it would be helpful, I asked her about the inside, any damage to the outside and if it smelled and tell me if there is anything wrong with it etc. She told me it was excellent. Great. I set up a time and told her when I was coming. Spoke to her yesterday to confirm that I was going to be driving over to see the car and I also asked for video of the inside of the car… they sent me a few photos instead. Today we Drove over 3 hours to get to this dealership to look at the Escalade, we got there at 10am (as I said we would) and I was shocked to see that the truck was buried in the middle of their sardine packed lot, you could barely open the doors and the sales rep got annoyed when I asked him to take out the car so that I could open it up and really look at everything. (BTW as I said this wasn’t a walk in visit, they knew that we were on our way, we made an appointment). Why wouldn’t they have the car ready and accessible? Finally the truck is pulled out so that we can inspect it. It was dirty, and had a lot of cosmetic damage, to the point where the truck looked like it wasn’t taken care of. The leather was peeling in gouged in spots, the paint was chipping in the outside, the back right pass door had rust on it which could be seen going into the door hinge. There were burn holes and huge stains in the headliner, it smelled like smoke, there were huge stains on the carpet. It was gross. Which was rather annoying since the girl I had been speaking with over the past two days prior to us driving all that way there told me that she inspected it and it was excellent. It was most definitely not. Then I asked for the out the door numbers. Then the sales rep just buries the car back into the pile of cars. —- it was rude. What if we were making a deal? He completely just disregarded the fact that we were even there after that which was completely unprofessional. So the numbers… I requested the OUT THE DOOR numbers. No running credit, no trade, no money down, nothing. These are strictly the raw numbers. The car was priced at $23761, which was posted online and the lady confirmed it before we came. The paper they brought me showed the price to be $25471 plus $3995 reconditioning fee, PLUS $559 electronic filing fee, PLUS $979 pre delivery inspection fee, PLUS $995 destination charges, PLUS $960 processing fee, PLUS tax title and tag Out the door quickly became $35780! $10k more!!! Stay away from this bait and switch, double dipping, dealership. They are taking advantage of hard working people. Those fees are nothing but a scam and pure profit. They are already making money on the price of the car. Period. This is what is so irritating. They say, “oh that’s the best I can do”, “we don’t have anymore room, to move on the price” or “we are already at our cost”. All of that is xx. If a USED car dealership was at their cost for every car on their lot, they would be bankrupt!! The whole lot is nothing but used cars, so if that logic was true, they would not be in business. I have bought many cars in my life and I have never seen something as slimy as this. The finance manager told me that those are the fees they tack onto every car and there is nothing they can do about it, which was a lie, but he also wouldn’t provide me an itemized list of what I was actually buying when I asked for it, he flat out said no. This blanket fee xx needs to stop, it’s out of control. This has crossed a line far away from anything moral. I will never return. Nor do I recommend Car Factory Outlet Miami at all. Do your research. Know what you are buying. This is NOT the place to do business. More
