I just had the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealer, involving Yasniel, the manager Rude, unprofessional, liars and price manipulators. I just had the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealer, involving Yasniel, the manager at the Miami location. I've been trying to look at a Hellcat that apparently is owned by the dealer's owner. It is advertised on their site but not kept on their lot. An appointment needs to be scheduled so the owner can bring it it. I called the dealership on Thursday. After being transferred to a few different people, I apparently ended up speaking briefly to Yasniel, who never told me his name. I told him there was a 99.9% chance I would be able to be there on Saturday to see the car. He said he would call me the next day to confirm, so he could make sure the car was there. The next afternoon I got no call. So, not knowing the name of the person I had spoken to the day before (Yasniel), I messaged my contact at the dealer who goes by the name of Jessica, telling her that I was expecting a callback but still hadn't gotten one. No one ended up calling. So I made a 50 minute drive to the dealer on Saturday morning and was led into Yasniel's office. He told me the car wasn't there. I asked why he didn't get back to me the day before like he said he would. He denied telling me that he would call me. He said I was supposed to call him, which is an absolute lie. I offered to show him the message I had sent the day before, asking for the callback that I had been told I would receive. He still refused to even acknowledge the possibility that maybe he was at fault or apologize for any misunderstanding. I asked him if he was calling me a liar. His response was "Yes, sir. I'm calling you a liar." He stood there staring daggers at me like he wanted to fight me - to the point that I had to ask him why he was looking at me like that to get him to stop. So apparently I sent a message the day before, confirming that I was expecting a callback and then made an almost two hour round trip drive to the dealership, just to lie to his face. Also, the price of the vehicle was $67,551 when I spoke to him on Thursday. Friday morning it had gone up to $74,995. Yasniel told me the owner had adjusted the price. That's one xxxx of an adjustment. I should have believed all the negative reviews about this place before ever contacting them. This dealership, and especially the manager, have no idea how to speak to or treat customers. And I have no idea how someone like Yasniel even has a job involving customer service because he is dishonest, beyond rude has no clue what providing service to customers means. More

We saw a car listed for $31k. The thing is that we spoke with them multiple times before making the trip, paid $500 down to secure the car, they new we were getting under the business name and we were going to put $2k as downpayment, we even filed out the credit app online and that never came up. They are thieves and should be closed down before they keep scamming people. More

They know exactly what they’re doing because I was told verbally. However, it is not mentioned in the contract except limited lifetime warranty. Also, they have poor customer service, hardly to reach someone and to get a call back. I finally got in touch with the sale manager, a tall guy, who said I will get one year free service. Guess what! He hung up on me when I said there is a big different between “ limited lifetime warranty and one year free service”. They don’t sound the same. Another gimmick from this car dealer, they advertise false price on the internet. When you come, they tell you a different price with story. On the website, it gives you the breakdown with the same price on the internet. However, it is different when you actually go to the dealer. I will NEVER refer or puchase my next vehicle through this dealership in the future. More

En este dealer trabajan las personas mas deshonestas que he conocido nunca, te manipulan desde el primer monento que cruzas la puerta con tal que les compres un carro te montan todo un teatro hasta el punto que te ponen a tocar una campana and review them incluso antes de haber firmado un papel cuando todavia no has visto el enredo en el que te estas metiendo y todo para que el que este esperando ser atendido crea que los clientes estan contentos. Hace dos anos compre un carro en este dealer en la pagina el carro tenia un precio 19000 dolares para ser exactos, cuando empezamos a discutir el precio con el vendedor siempre negociamos a ese precio nos dieron un % de interes alto pero decidimos tomar debido al precio del carro ya que era un Hyundai Santa Fe Sport de 2018 con alrededor de 24000 millas. Ese dia cometimos el error de ir con nuestra nina pequena y despues de largas horas en el momento de ver al financista llamado Jose C Nardo ya la nina estaba incomoda con hambre y con ganas de irse y ese senor Jose C Nardo aprovecho para manipular el precio del carro y subirlo a 22000 dolares, en lo que estas tratando de leer todos lo papeles que tienes que firmar y con una nina llorando este senor empieza a hablarte y hacerse la buena persona familiar para que firmes sin leer, mi esposo que era quien debia firmar no noto como habian alterado el precio del carro y firmo. Al otro dia tuvimos que regresar al dealer a reclamar y aun asi no logramos que nos ajustaran al precio correcto. Con el carro nos vendieron servicio complementario llamado GSW warranty que despues nos dimos cuenta que era totalmente innecesario si estas pagando un GAP, segun ellos ese servicio de GSW puede ser cancelado cuando tu quieras cosa que no es cierta, te dan un correo cancellations@carfactoryoutlet.com para que solicites la cancelacion y nadie te responde llamas al dealer y nadie sabe y que el proceso tiene que ser solo a traves de ese correo no hay ni siquiera un telefono o alguien que de la cara, totalmente inaceptable. OJO: Recuerde estos nombres por si aun despues de leer mi experiencia quiere arriasgarse a ir espero no les toque estos estafadores. Mi recomendacion vaya a un dealer grande y serio. We were told to check this place out after my sister told me about it and she jus pleased with the service we received at this particular dealership.
