THIS EXPERIENCE BUYING A NEW TRUCK HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE, I AM A GENERAL CONTRACTOR WHO NEEDS A TRUCK FOR WORK TO PUT MY TOOLS AND MATERIAL IN THE BED OF THE TRUCK, AT THE TIME OF HE SALE BOTH MI NIGHTMARE, I AM A GENERAL CONTRACTOR WHO NEEDS A TRUCK FOR WORK TO PUT MY TOOLS AND MATERIAL IN THE BED OF THE TRUCK, AT THE TIME OF HE SALE BOTH MIGUEL & YOSVANY WERE AWARE THAT I DID NOT HAVE A KEY TO OPEN BED COVER AND ALSO DID NOT HAVE A SECOND FOB, I WAS PROMISED BY BOTH THAT WAS NOT A PROBLEM THEY WOULD MAKE GOOD ON BOTH, WELL AFTER A WEEK OF CALLING ABOUT THEM THEY DID NOTHING, SO I HAD TO REACH OUT TO THE MANUFACTURER OF THE BED COVER AND THEY WOULD SEND ME A REPLACEMENT KEY FOR $28.00 AND MIGUEL SAID THEY WOULD SEND A CHECK TO ME IN THE MAIL NOTHING AGAIN, AND AS FOR THE FOB ANOTHER LIE THEY DID NOT DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISED. I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT BEFORE I TOOK THE TRUCK OFF THE LOT YOSVANY TOLD ME HE WOULD HAVE THE TRUCK DETAILED BECAUSE THE TRUCK WAS EXTREMELY DIRTY INSIDE AND OUT, WHEN I GOT IN THE TRUCK TO DRIVE MY NEW TRUCK HOME IT WAS NOT DETAILED AND WAS JUST AS DIRTY AS WHEN I FIRST EXAMINED THE TRUCK. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THE SERVICE AND THE INTEGRITY OF BOTH MIGUEL & YOSVANY. More
