My Perfect Car From The Best Dealership— TOYOTA OF TAMPA BAY Out of all the many times and experiences I have had in purchasing a car (30+ yrs!), I must admit this has been the best experience anyone could ever Out of all the many times and experiences I have had in purchasing a car (30+ yrs!), I must admit this has been the best experience anyone could ever ask for or desire from a dealership. TOYOTA OF TAMPA BAY-– you rock!! From the moment I submitted interest online, I received a phone call almost immediately from Yousef in sales. He was personable, kind knowledgeable and specific with his intent to meet the needs and specs of my request for a Toyota RAV4. His excitement became my excitement! When I came over to the dealership, Yousef had already arranged for Ali, another team player of his, to meet, greet and assist with a test drive. Yousef had already given Ali all of my specifications! It just became easier and easier from there. Ali never retired but continued until I was completely satisfied with a vehicle. Nothing was spared and all efforts were made to make sure every amenity I needed or wanted would be included on / in the car. This includes the color interior as well as exterior. When we returned to the dealership, I was pleasantly surprised to be introduced to Yousef, who had came in on his day off just to enshore his customers were happy. Then came the financing component. My sister had expressed complete satisfaction with the purchase of her Toyotas in the past and had recommended Dwayne the floor manager to help wrap up the deal. He too was amazing! Then there was Ricardo, my Finance Guy, who closed out the paperwork and sealed the deal. Everything couldn’t have gone smoother. To add icing to the cake— this is totally unusual— but Yousef even assisted in trying to pick up my trade-in vehicle from another dealership. Although we were unsuccessful (due to the unethical practices of WESLEY CHAPEL NISSAN) this was no fault of his. TOYOTA OF TAMPA BAY is by far the best, honest and most professional dealership around and I am proud to let everyone know!. This is my first TOYOTA ever and I am happier than I have ever been and completely satisfied!! Wonderful Experience I applied for credit with a lender advising I was pre-approved for a car loan with Toyota of Tampa Bay. My salesman Yousef Abdullah called, sent text and emails trying to gain my business so I thought to get me in the dealership with high hopes and a huge let down in the end. So on Friday I had some downtime and was reading through an email telling me I was approved for a “New” vehicle and when was a good time I could take delivery. Therefore I called Mr. Abdullah and asked if the email was accurate. He advised that it is, so I said I will be there soon. I arrived at the dealership, Mr. Abdullah greeted me with a warm smile and reassurance ( I guess he felt my reluctance). Let’s just say not only was his words honest. My wife and I started out one afternoon looking at trucks stopping by the Toyota dealership closest to our house only to wind up being insulted by a salesman. At that point we walked out and headed to Toyota of Tampa bay- best decision we ever made. I asked for Yousef at the front desk and from that point on we were treated with respect and made to feel like family. Every effort was made to meet my terms for a new truck. I financed part of it and even one of the finance guys named Hinson made it a pleasurable experience. I have bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime-I'm 70- and never have I had anyone make me feel like they were working for me like the people at Toyota of Tampa bay. I drove my new Tacoma home that night. More
