I had a terrible experience working with youssef. He treated me as if if I was wasting his time and like he could hurry and get his experience with me over. I also expressed concern about the way the vehicle was driving in which he hopped behind the wheel of the vehicle and took me on a reckless ride jerking the vehicle back and forth unnecessarily reporting that the vehicle drove fine in his opinion. After the sale he sent me pics of where to find keys and the car instead of greeting me to hand me the keys personally although I drove over an hour to return to get the vehicle.
