The sales person, Youssef, was excellent.

I had a pre-arranged financing through my credit union but let Corwin convince me to give them the financing.
After almost 2 weeks I have not received the financing paperwork.
I have called the dealership three times asking for the finance rep, Jason, to give me a call.
The dealership has not contacted me.
It’s not even possible for me to register this car.
I’d buy another car from Corwin, but I would never ever consider financing there.
The customer service from the finance department has been zero.
I spent $34,000 and can’t even get the courtesy of a return phone call.
Give it a miss

I summarized my experience at Corwin when talking with my daughter, Angela. Angela was with me at Corwin and indeed the car I bought is for her.
Here's what I said to Angela:
"The car buying experience at Corwin was pretty good. Quite good, actually. But the after-purchase support has been horrible. I contacted Corwin three times by phone asking for a return call, and didn't get one. I finally used the Finance Department "contact me" on the website and got a call from the finance manager almost immediately. I spent more than $30,000 and couldn't get a phone call."
Youseff was great. Jason was great. In general, the experience was great.
But whoever is answering the phones is apparently not following through and getting messages to Jason, or Jason simply didn't bother calling back (which I find hard to imagine). That, of course, is conjecture. For whatever reason, I could not get an answer about my financing at Corwin, and had I gone with PenFed (already arranged) I do not think I would have been left up in the air like this.
Whatever is going on, the after-sales support has been nil.
Even though the car buying experience itself was great, I don't have time to spend chasing down the answer to a simple question.
Given the after-sales support, Corwin isn't at the top of my list.
That is, if the after-sales support had been as good as the purchase experience, Corwin would certainly have been at the top of my list, but isn't.
Great crowd there, excellent experience with everyone.
But after sales support is important to the overall experience, and I'm sure you know this better than I.

I told youssef I was interested in a more upgraded version of the vehicle and was brushed off. I also expressed concern about the way the vehicle was driving in which he hopped behind the wheel of the vehicle and took me on a reckless ride jerking the vehicle back and forth unnecessarily reporting that the vehicle drove fine in his opinion. After the sale he sent me pics of where to find keys and the car instead of greeting me to hand me the keys personally although I drove over an hour to return to get the vehicle.
