I've had several recommendations and had several cars on the list to go check out. With it being my first time ever buying a new car I was nervous of how my experience was going to be. Well my manager recommended me to this place and had found several cars for me to go check out. At first when my and my boyfriend went we just wanted to go look around and get an idea. When we walked in we were greeted by the front desk and then by Yulian. He greeted us with a smile and showed us where to go so we can see the cars and if we had any questions to just look for him! After a couple of minutes he found us, he asked if we had any questions and with me being afraid of how to go about getting a new car, he reassured us and offered to help us get an idea. I have to say he knows what he's doing!! He asked about what my budget was and helped me find something that not only was affordable but nice and stylish I have to say! The first vehicle he found I test drove it and was not sure but the second vehicle he found for me I completely fell in love!! After that the rest of the experience was a breeze! I highly recommend him because he goes above and beyond!! I know for sure we'll be going there again to get another vehicle when the time comes! More

Nearly 2 years ago we bought my wife a Ford Escape from a dealership in North Texas and I wasn't looking forward to starting that process again, especially since it was an all day endeavour. Fast forward to us finding the car I've been interested in for years on cars.com at Yulian's location, calling about it, coming in at shortly after lunch time and being done with enough time to make it to work on time the same day. Yulian's demeanor is calming and relaxing, both professional and personable at the same time. And since he's one of the managers on site, you only really need to work with just him, instead of having to move from department to department to buy the car.
