I hope this reaches the correct person because whoever is running the Orlando location is running it to the ground. I bought a 2021 Model Y over 12 days ago. Even though the car hadn’t arrived at their dealership yet, she worked diligently to secure our purchase with a fee, giving us peace of mind. We had come across some negative reviews about the dealership in the past few months, which made us a bit hesitant. Kimberlene addressed all our concerns and even gave us her personal cellphone number. She was always available, even on weekends, whenever we had questions or needed updates. Her communication was superb—she handled everything remotely, from signing contracts to giving us a virtual walk-around of the car, inside and out. Even the test drive was organized seamlessly, despite us being in another state. The car arrived on schedule, just as promised. Kimberlene made the whole process smooth and worry-free. More

UNSCRUPULOUS DEALER! ! I put a $4900 deposit on a Tesla Model X on 9/3. I signed the buyers order on 9/5, and got a cashiers check from my credit union. It was delivered o ! The first lie they told was that they didn't receive my check. After that, I could never reach anyone at the dealership. I then found out that they sold my car to someone else because the deal they gave me was too good, and they made $4k more off someone else. Buyers beware. I will never, ever do business with this dealership again. More
SCAM ALERT! !! Absolutely DO NOT deal with Benji Auto!! If you are one of the many who have been scammed by them, PLEASE report to FBI tipline (very easy to do vi !! If you are one of the many who have been scammed by them, PLEASE report to FBI tipline (very easy to do via phone or on-line), Police nearest the city in which Benji location you bought your car from, Secretary of State and Better Business Bureau! My son picked a car and took the steps to buy it. After followoing the procecure, the car never arrived. After MULTIPLE attempts to get to the bottom of things, we realized that Benji changed the car they were going to sell him! The VIN number by 2 digits, and when my son brought it to their attention, they basically said it was his fault for not realizing there was a 2 digit change in the VIN number on the paperwork, and too bad, so sad.... He signed and he was obligated to buy the car they put on the paperwork, even though it was not the car he picked out! He was then promised that the car he was now getting was actually a better car, because it had same features, same clean car fax, and less miles. David sent pics of the car from approx 40 feet away, where the car looked good. WEEKS later, they agreed to deliver the car on Labor Day... the actually Monday Holiday. When the car arrived, it had obvious driver's side damage that was very poorly repaired, 2 damanged rims and tires! David from Benji essentially said that the paperwork said sold "As Is", and that there was no recourse. He also promised multiple times to send a refund of $1295 for the Benji Auto Protection Plan that my son did not want, and of course, the check never came. David also promised to cancel the Gap insurance several times, and of course, that never happened either. The people at Benji are liars and frauds. I don't know how they sleep at night. More

I made a deal on a red 2022 Tesla in perfect condition. Told by the salesman it was the best Tesla on the lot. When the car arrived I got one with hail damage all over it. Different wheels, add one that wasn’t in the videos. Black wrap on the top that was torn. The salesman when questioned assured me they would repair the hail dents that he didn’t know how they occurred. That when the car left it was perfect. He ignored me when I asked about the car being different than the one in the video. They took 30 days to pay off my trade in car loan. Left me over a week without a car tag on the Tesla sent it without a temp tag. Since then they have ghosted me not heard from them for over 3 weeks now. More
They were Johnny on the spot when I was purchasing the car, responded to all my texts and calls. Assured me the car has no issues.... No navigation, camera, CD, satellite radio, vehicle information system, HVAC controls. Told the dealer was assured that they would cover it. Took it to my shop to find out the car has $3,000 worth of rodent damage. And to add to this car has 3 mismatched tires and the paint condition was horrid. Told the dealer, was told they would send a check...... Now trying to collect, surprisingly no one will answer my calls or texts.. everyone's mailbox is full, no one will give me the names of management. Now I need to waste more time to take this to litigation.... Go somewhere else that takes pride in their work, total scam.... More
I purchased the 2022 Tesla Model Y on June 22, 2024. I was told I would get a towing hitch added at no cost. That then changed to I would have to pay for the hitch and wire harness but they would instal I was told I would get a towing hitch added at no cost. That then changed to I would have to pay for the hitch and wire harness but they would install it at no charge. A few days later, I asked how much I owed for the hitch and harness. A day or two later, I was told I had to order the parts and have them sent there. At this point I needed to get the car delivered to me. I told them to compensate me for ordering and paying for the labor here in Minnesota. I asked for $300. Next was the long wait for delivery. I was told it was picked up June 29th or 30th and should be to me by July 6th or 7th. That was a lie. It was picked up July 6th. When it got to my house on July 12th it was covered in hail damage dents. I refused delivery at this point and sent an email demanding something in writing/email stating that they would pay for the repairs. I received that email from Javier. At that point I arranged to take delivery on the 13th of July. But take the opportunity to inspect the vehicle first. I made an appointment and took it to Kent's Body shop for an estimate July 17, 2024. I emailed the estimate, $4,968.06 and photos to Javier on July 17, 2024. I have emailed Javier many times (jortiz@benjiautosales.com) with no response. I included Leandro, my sales rep, (leandrof2114@gmail.com). I have called many times and have only talked with Javier once or twice. He acted like he was upset that no one had reached out to me and that he believed it was being handled. I believe that was also a lie. I late found out that the decision had to made by Tony (jr@benjiautosales.com). I have had no response from Tony, email or phone. I have called for him also many times. The $5,395.06 is the $4,968.06 for the hail damage and $427.00 for installing the hitch. I am not asking anything for the hitch or wiring harness parts. It's now been 7 weeks since I purchased the car. Nothing is being done to resolve this issue. I also do not have any current registration paperwork for the car. More
