I took my car in for service and tire rotation, as well as some concerns that I had. When I arrived I met Yve Cosgrove and she patiently, thoroughly, and efficiently entered into the system every issue tha as some concerns that I had. I was in for routine service for my2022 Tucson last week. I was pleasantly greeted and shown where to stop the car. Shortly, Devon came out and directed me to his desk, explained the process, recommended se I was pleasantly greeted and shown where to stop the car. He, then, escorted me to the beautiful new waiting area. The waiting was pleasant with comfortable seats , snacks and clean bathrooms. Thank you, Devon. More

I came in there for service for my Tacoma. I don’t know if the tech leaned on the door but now it’s scratches the bottom of my frame and now it’s starting to dent it. Your technician said it was because that’s where your feet go, but it is not. I had multiple people try to get in the truck and it’s not a place where you stop. I have been making everyone know and I will post. More
