I recently purchased an amazing car that I’m truly happy with, but unfortunately, the buying process was far more stressful and drawn out than it should have been. While I want to commend Yvette and David f with, but unfortunately, the buying process was far more stressful and drawn out than it should have been. While I want to commend Yvette and David for their professionalism, patience, and support throughout the experience, the overall process left a lot to be desired. The most concerning issue was that all of my paperwork was mistakenly prepared for the wrong vehicle. Something I, not the staff, had to catch and correct. This kind of error is pretty frustrating, especially for such a significant purchase. It delayed the process even further and added unnecessary stress to what should have been a smooth and exciting moment. Yvette and David did their best under the circumstances and truly went above and beyond to make things right. More
