They never called to say they were keeping my car for

Despite having less then 30K miles and an extended warranty, they refused to fix my sunroof saying it’s not covered, which is the oldest trick in the book. Needless to say, I’m done with Ford and done with this service center after over 10 years of buying, leasing and using their service center. In addition, I was waiting for one of their service coordinator to get back to me with a solution but she never did. When I called to find out, she was unpleasant and shook away any responsibly.
