This was the worst experience I've ever had with a service department, both professionally and personally. Yvonne never called to follow up with us, even after I called her. We were told by another service department, both professionally and personally. Yvonne never called to follow up with us, even after I called her. We were told by another rep that our vehicle was complete and sent a crew to pick it up. She was rude to them upon arrival and just said it wasn't ready. The vehicle was kept at Nucar for a week and a half for a battery replacement. Yes, a battery replacement which the battery that was replaced was under a warranty and I wasn't contacted and given an option to pursue a warranty replacement. I had to call again to ensure the vehicle was ready and get it back into service. I can't wrap my head around how poorly she handled our vehicle repair. More
