We first asked if we could just look at the cars in the showroom. After a while we did have questions. Yvonne was very personable and was able to answer everything we wanted to know. We ended up driving a Forrester first. We then drove a Outback. We where really impressed with the outback. We then sat down with Yvonne to get a pricing and see the options available. We decided that the Touring version would fit our needs and wants she found the color for the exterior we liked and it was in stock. We did want to add remote start and a trailer hitch to the cars price. Yvonne gave us the price. She asked if we had a trade and we were not sure if they could give us a fair price. Sure enough they did. Before we knew it, Yvonne gave us a final price that we were pleases with. For “just looking “, we were so impressed with the car and the professional and friendly service we received, we said to Yvonne, Sold! Within an hour we were driving home in our new Outback. No pressure of any kind through the whole encounter. Thanks to Yvonne and Sam for the wonderful experience. I will recommend them and your dealership to anyone that might be looking for a new vehicle. More

I listened and test drove a new car but was skeptical of the "sales pitch." I then went to many other dealerships in my search for used vehicles of various makes and models and was disappointed by their too casual approach, in some cases limited information on their vehicles, the interest rates and the limited warranty options. I also drove a few new cars at other dealerships as well. I was drawn back to White Bear Suburu. What initially felt like a sales pitch started to feel more like enthusiasm for their product and information about factors I hadn't considered. Sales person Yvonne Vollman was exceptional in her communication and worked hard to meet my needs throughout the buying process. I felt informed but never pressured. The other staff in the Suburu side of the dealership that I encountered were also very personable and always willing to answer all my many questions thoroughly. More
