Auto selection and price negotiations went smoothly. Brett was knowledgeable and pleasant. The only problem was the paperwork took way too much time. If the system could be streamlined and trimmed to 45 Brett was knowledgeable and pleasant. The only problem was the paperwork took way too much time. I wrote a review on July 31st 2024. I wanted to add to my review, but the web page doesn't give you that option. So I got an e-mail about bring my vehicle in that I just purchased, for I wanted to add to my review, but the web page doesn't give you that option. So I got an e-mail about bring my vehicle in that I just purchased, for state and emissions Inspection. So when after waiting 2 hours I asked the sales manager why wasn't this done before I drove it off there lot. He replied that it should have. That was the end of that conversation. I also didn't understand why the gas tank wasn't filled. I was at the dealership it felt like forever, because they computers went down. This whole purchase I think was a huge mistake. More
