I felt I got a great deal on my Corolla even though they are not a Toyota dealership. There was very little paperwork and I didn't feel like anyone was trying to rip me off. When dealing with Grant Stevens, he was friendly as well as understanding. I would definitely do business with this dealership again and refer all my friends and family to Mercedes-Benz of Columbia. This is by far the most fun I ever had buying a car. More

Fantastic purchase experience Just experienced one of the best and most efficient purchasing experiences ever, thanks to Zac at MB of Columbia. Found a vehicle online and sent a r Just experienced one of the best and most efficient purchasing experiences ever, thanks to Zac at MB of Columbia. Found a vehicle online and sent a request for availability. Within moments, Zac was in touch and gave me the good news. Next, we moved to online chat and we essentially negotiated the entire transaction in order for me to decide to drive two hours as opposed to buying local. I emailed pictures of my trade and Zac walked me around my "new" car using his cell phone and the Face Time app to allow me to inspect everything with a fine toothed comb.. Next was sharing my information for financing the purchase via text and email. Showed up the next day at 9 am and was out of there in 60 minutes after they evaluated my trade and I took an extensive test drive to make sure their vehicle was as good as promised. Zac and all of his associates were courteous, professional and friendly. If the car turns out to be as great as this experience, I made a great decision purchasing from MB of Columbia. Zac, thank you from our entire family. More
