I’ve been very happy with this dealership since buying my Honda. I love my car & the Service Dept. has been great to deal with. The Service advisors - Wayne and Zack are outstanding. Service writer Zach was fine, but I did not like the fact that the repair was not likely covered under warranty unless I spent $165 to remove the rear bumper to view the wiring harness to the rear sensors, w that the repair was not likely covered under warranty unless I spent $165 to remove the rear bumper to view the wiring harness to the rear sensors, which had failed. The service writer said bumper had been struck and likely possibly pinched the wiring harness. What are bumpers for if not absorb the shock on being bumped when parking etc. With 65K on the truck, of course the bumpers have lightly struck at minimum. No way that should have damaged the wiring harness in my estimation. The bumper has never been struck hard. The extended warranty should have covered this repair without me shelling out $165 first to determine why the sensors were no longer working. More

I found that they were pleasant and very accommodating, because our school had a delay and the were albe to fit the vehicle in an hour late then it was scheduled.
