Zach and his team are Rockstars! My wife and I were traveling from Washington to Arizona and had an ongoing troublesome issue with our GMC diesel rear its ugly head again. Zach went above and beyond th traveling from Washington to Arizona and had an ongoing troublesome issue with our GMC diesel rear its ugly head again. Zach went above and beyond the call of duty and took care of us! He worked closely with the service team and other advisers to get us resolved and on our way South. This is the way customer service should work! This dealership deserves a feather in it’s cap. I especially appreciated Zack Bishop for his desire to help and devotion to exceptionally high customer service. Zach listened very well, was compassionate and understanding, and took a personal interest in helping my wife and I. Thanks guys! More

Not a great experience with the Service department. I bought a 2010 GMC Sierra from a private seller in December, which has turned out to be a nightmare truck. I have had the truck into Ken Garff GMC sev bought a 2010 GMC Sierra from a private seller in December, which has turned out to be a nightmare truck. I have had the truck into Ken Garff GMC several times for the same issue. Every time, they think they fixed it, and a month later, the same issue comes back. So I take it back again, claim to have it fixed, then repeat. I called the service manager and talked to him, and asked why a TAC with GM was not opened. He said it is not needed. But I have a case with GM, and they said to recommend the dealer open a TAC. Service manager not interested in doing that. Now, I can't get anyone from service to return my calls. I will not be going back to them once my oil change package is all used up. Terrible service, technicians unable to resolve issue. Will take my business elsewhere, where they may show some interest in calling back and trying to resolve the issue. More

I tried to contact my service writer a couple of times via the number provided but he didn't get back to me. I never found out what caused my battery to explode in such a new vehicle and need to know so w via the number provided but he didn't get back to me. I never found out what caused my battery to explode in such a new vehicle and need to know so we can avoid it in the future. Also, I don't believe I received my full discount. 30% of $309 is not $25. I would like both of those things taken care of, thank you. More

Not happy with oil change service. The technician broke the hinges on the cabin air compartment door. The service department ordered and installed new one at no cost. Much appreciated but technician needs the hinges on the cabin air compartment door. The service department ordered and installed new one at no cost. Much appreciated but technician needs to be a little more careful. Also not happy with oil on garage floor, can’t they wipe excess oil off frame when they change the oil? Also as part of oil change they also rotated the tires, and when my wife drove the car the next day she calls me and said light on dash flashing and (TMPT) needs to be checked. This should have been done when they rotated the tires. I believe the technicians need to add quality to their processes. More
