Our Sales Associate, Zach Clark, was very helpful, sales manager Nael Barjas as well. Other Sales Associates were dismissive to my husband who was asking questions about a new vehicle. The attitude of the other “gentleman” almost cost a sale, they said they were too busy waiting for their appointments to arrive. Which by the way wasn’t true or majority of the group was shafted because during our wait with Zach they were still outside while Zach took the helm and answered my hubs questions and showed a vehicle. Had it not been for Zach, we would have walked out. Our family has been looking forward to a minivan for such a long time and we are very pleased with Zach’s help. More
