The only reason I m giving this dealership a two is because of Rafi. The reason I am giving it such a low rating is because of Zach. I bought a 2026 Nissan Kicks which I love. The problem came when I s because of Rafi. The reason I am giving it such a low rating is because of Zach. I bought a 2026 Nissan Kicks which I love. The problem came when I signed my finance paperwork. Zach did not tell me. (he has done the same with many others) that I was being charged a 2500 dollar fee for an appearance protection plan. I Was charged for this optional plan and not even asked about it AND it was never even done to my car. I asked when it was done and he said it was done when I signed my paperwork. I had both sets of keys to my car and it automatically locks when you walk away from it so it was not even done. I also took it to another dealership and they stated it wasn't done and lastly he said it took 20 minutes or less to do the process and my car wasn't even wet. He is such a lying snake. This is not a bad dealership but if you buy a new car make sure you beware of Zach. My problem was taken care of and my money was refunded but no thanks to the snake Zach. I usually do not ever write a bad review for someone but I want others to be careful and not get cheated! More
